The spare parts HK FI AD ETS and the desiccant HK FI AD SK can be found under accessories.
Other variants with housing made of aluminum and stainless steel and for aggressive media are available on request.

Description
The adsorber filters in the HK FI AD MV NAF series are aeration dryers with a reusable cartridge and a valve base.
They are suitable for indoor, outdoor and offshore use on hydraulic units, gearboxes, storage tanks and mobile machines.
The plastic housing is filled with HANSA-FLEX Xdry. The desiccant mixture ensures effective drying of the supply air.
A 3 µm filter additionally cleans the air drawn in.
A layer of activated carbon adsorbs the oil mist that escapes with the air.
If the adsorber filter is saturated, both the desiccant and, if necessary, all other internal components can be replaced inexpensively.
The sturdy frost-proof valve section protects the adsorber from unnecessary loading, enables use under extreme, dusty environmental conditions and ensures minimal pressure build-up even at high air flows.

V adsorpčním filtru jsou molekuly vody obsažené ve vzduchu vázány v pórech adsorbentu (HANSA-FLEX Xdry). Nasycení (zatížení) a nutnost výměny filtrační vložky je indikováno změnou barvy z oranžové na zelenou.
HANSA-FLEX Xdry se skládá z oxidu křemičitého a zeolitu a je klasifikován jako syntetické, polární a hydrofilní sušící činidlo. Díky své vysoké pórovitosti má velký vnitřní povrch. To umožňuje velmi vysokou schopnost absorpce vody.
V adsorpčních filtrech se používá HANSA-FLEX Xdry s barevným indikátorem. Barevné změny indikují obsah vody, a tím i průběh nakládání vysoušedla.
Směs oxidu křemičitého a zeolitu není klasifikována jako nebezpečná látka podle právních předpisů Evropské unie (nařízení ES č. 1272/2008). Nepodléhá označování podle směrnice ES (67/548/EHS nebo 1999/45/ES). Není klasifikován jako látka nebezpečná pro zdraví nebo životní prostředí.
