Description
Beim HKPART-ZCML4 handelt es sich um ein kompaktes und portables Gerät zur Überwachung der Kontamination in Fluiden, welches eine schnelle und genaue Bewertung des Verschmutzungsniveaus vor Ort ermöglicht und sich damit als perfekte Lösung für mobile Anwendungen im Allgemeinen, im Bauwesen und im Vermietungsgeschäft präsentiert.
Zentrales Merkmal ist die integrierte Dosierpumpe, welche eine Analyse von Fluiden sowohl in druckbehafteten als auch in drucklosen Systemen erlaubt. Dadurch wird eine schnelle und genaue Bewertung des Verschmutzungsniveaus vor Ort an mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen ermöglicht. Ergänzend dazu eignet sich das HKPART-ZCML4 für stationäre Anwendungen im industriellen Umfeld, zum Beispiel Hydrauliksysteme, sowie für Systeme im Bereich der dezentralen Energieversorgung (zum Beispiel Notstromaggregate). Das kompakte, leichte und robuste HKPART-ZCML4 ermöglicht dank des Hochleistungs-Akkus ganztägiges Arbeiten im Außeneinsatz mit nur einer Batterieladung. Die selbsterklärende Benutzeroberfläche erlaubt dabei eine intuitive Bedienung innerhalb weniger Minuten. Abgerundet wird dieses durch einen internen Speicher, der die Archivierung von bis zu 4.000 Datensätze erlaubt. Für Detailanalysen und zur Berichtserstellung, können diese über die USB-Schnittstelle oder per Speicherstick an einen PC übertragen und mit der preisgekrönten Software „CMP View“ analysiert werden.
